Auckland born and bred Gary qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and discovered his love for property. Gary founded Legacy Corporation in 2003 and has built a strong team to help deliver his passion for property development.
Outside of work Gary enjoys the kiwi lifestyle; wining and dining with friends, playing the guitar and spending time with Ingrid and their 3 children. His competitive side is satisfied with a hard game of squash.
Takapuna born and bred, Mitchell is the Sales & Marketing guru at Legacy. He sources development land opportunities and liaises with agents and project teams.
Mitchell has a good eye for detail and brings creative flair to urban living and high density design.
In winter you'll find Mitchell and wife Scarlett on the slopes of Turoa; come summer he’s happy dropping a line in the ocean.
Claire joined Legacy in 2010 as Gary's assistant; it wasn't long before she took on the administration, HR and customer service side of the business.
Claire’s diverse experience in sales, marketing and all the above, keeps the boys on their toes ensuring all runs smoothly.
She juggles work supporting their younger daughter’s school and sporting commitments and visiting their eldest at Canterbury University. Relaxation time means cooking up a storm and entertaining friends.
Chris heads up Project Management for Legacy Property and has been working with the team since returning from the UK in 2006.
A born and bred North Shore man, Chris lives locally with Kushla and their three young sons.
Chris has extensive experience in Project Management both in New Zealand and the UK and confidently manages projects of varying scales simultaneously.
The team at Legacy took on a real international flavour with the arrival of Chilean, Fran Lilley, who resides on the North Shore with her young family.
Fran is a qualified engineer as well as a finance wizard and continues to study part-time at Massey University.
Fran organises the teams finances and ensures we stay on track and on budget - not easy with a culture that loves their work and likes to celebrate success. Fran mixes a mean Pisco Sour and is known for her fiery Latino attitude if the team go over budget!
With a B.Prop degree and one of our longest serving employees, Oliver manages several projects around Auckland, facilitating the due diligence and consenting process, managing stakeholders and contractors through to project completion.
His spare time is spent with wife Adele, skiing in winter and fishing and tinkering with the boat in the summer months.
